CLUBSHOP ONLINE SHOPPING MALL INSTRUCTIONS
As a DHS Club Member you will earn Rewards Points and Pay Points on all your online shopping purchases in
our ClubShop Online Shopping Mall stores.
1. STATUS - You must be a member of the DHS Club with an ID Number.
2. LOGIN - You must login with your ID Number so we can track and verify your purchases.
3. COOKIES - Make sure your cookies on your computer are active or turned on. Most computer
have their cookies activated or turned on, unless you personally disabled or turned off your cookies.
4. LINKS - Always go to the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall and use our online shopping links
that we provide for each store in order to get the credit for your online purchase. Once you're in one of our stores, make
sure that you stay in that store and that you don't get redirected to another store. Meaning, some stores will have links
on their site that will redirect you to another site. For example, the links on their site could take you to the same site,
but for another country.
5. STORES - With the exception of MarketPlace Stores , most stores in the ClubShop Mall are automated and purchases are tracked by your login ID Number and cookie. If a store
in our ClubShop Online Shopping Mall is not automated, you will see a pop-up window with directions on how to earn your points
with this online store. To receive credit on purchases made with non automated stores, send your email order confirmation
receipt to orders@dhs-club.com and place your DHS Club ID Number (Example: WB00015) in the subject area.
When you shop at a MarketPlace Store, you will need to provide your ID Number (Example: WB00015) or ClubBucks
Card number in the shopping cart order form. The MarketPlace Merchant will then provide us with your order information and
credit.
6. ADDRESS - Members are required to provide us with their full name and address in
order to redeem your points. Please go to our Member Information site to submit your address information to the DHS Club. |
